Bathroom Renovation

Currently, there is an over-bath shower and a wall-mounted basin. The bath is not what could be classed as either well installed or particularly stable. We have an inclination that the shower fittings are leaking into the wall, which is great and we have no idea what is under the bath. We would like to: - remove the existing bath - reline the walls / repair any water damage - remove the two smaller windows in the internal wall (why they are there is a mystery) - fix any parts of the floor under the bath that are worse for wear - install a shower box - replace the basin and fittings - install vanity
