Job description
Completely new room with shower, toilet, sink. Approx 3x3m. Is being subdivided off from a larger room in sleepout. No plumbing or power currently. Will need connecting to main house plumbing (approx 10m away, flat) and linking with sleepout power supply.

Great to deal with. Provided practical advice on a pretty vague commission, started on time and finished ahead of my expectations, managed to wrangle subbies at short notice, did good work and tidied up afterwards. Will definitely give Grant and Aaron a call about the next job.
