Bathroom, toilet and other building work

We are looking to sell our house very soon and there are a number of jobs. As part of the process we would like the following work done: Bathroom The wall behind the shower taps will need to be removed as it has black mould. We need the floor redone as it is soft and needs replacing. We have had an initial plumber over to ensure our plumbing is not causing this mould and he has confirmed that our pipes are good and that he suspects a leak from the shower somewhere. We need a new shower, bath and vanity put into the same locations as the old. It will also require a duct to be inserted for the air vent that is currently in the ceiling. Toilet Essentially the same work is required - the wall on the left, which backs onto the shower, needs to be replaced as well as the wall behind the toilet (presence of black mould). Again the floor needs to be replaced as well due to softness. A new toilet needs to be installed. Wooden Steps We need the wooden steps that lead into our lounge replaced. And we need new wooden steps built for our small outdoor deck (the deck is under a metre high). Dining Room ceiling We need new gib in the ceiling of the dining room to replace the stained gib. We had a leak from the roof many years ago-it was fixed and we never got around to replacing the gib where the stain is. All major items such as shower, toilet, vanity and bath need to be purchased. Carpeting, painting and new vinyl floors have already been organised.
