Bathroom renovation, including some structural work

We have a small, secondary bathroom, which we are wanting to enlarge and turn into our main bathroom, by knocking down the wall to the adjoining study (see photos below). The bathroom would include a new bath, shower, toilet and basin (we're happy to organize purchasing of these). Job will include wall removal, jibbing, plastering, installation etc. Timing wise, we're hoping to align it with a kitchen upgrade we are planning, so that plumbing and electrical work might be coordinated over both projects. Date is yet to be firmed up for the kitchen work, but hopefully some time in May/June. However, we are not dependent on the bathroom, so if need be, we can be fairly flexible.
