Adding a cavity to shower wall for washing machine/ dryer to go into. The wall is not structural and separates the showr from toilet. The cavity/opening will need to back partly into the toilet and be solid enough to support plumbing taps + power socket for laundry connection. Height:1.90 -2mts Width: 860-910mm De --- To accommodate washing machine on bottom, dryer on top Note: Position of cavity will depend on the location of handbasin on the opposite side and whether it can be relocated to accommodate the back of cavity install. Note2: All doors in shower and toilet must open and close fully so its important cavity is centrally positioned between these. Timeframe: 1/2 day to complete include gibbing. Tenants will be notified.
