New extractor fan + ceiling repair
Job description
The extractor fan in a small bathroom of our apartment is broken. The apartment has been tenanted and this has been brought to our attention with some delay, the paint is pealing off and the ceiling panel feels damp and is to be replaced. I will then repaint myself once repairs are done.

Rubio's Pro were good however the job was to fix/replace ceiling fan and install new Jib and they were unable to fix the fan or install a new one and engaged a third party to do so who were going to overcharge for the work ($1000 for the fan only vs the original quote of 460 for all work) so we found someone else to do the electrical work. The plastering and jib board replacement were done to an acceptable standard and communication was good.
