Bathroom Renovation

Hi there, We would like to renovate a tenanted downstairs bathroom, replacing some wall framing and lining (as its currently all pink) and installing a new shower unit, vanity, toilet & bath. NB We will supply all of the bathroom appliances and have a plumber available to disconnect/reconnect plumbing as required. Since the tenant is moving out 22 Nov, we would like to complete the job between 23 Nov-21 Dec and would appreciate a basic / functional bathroom (ie this is not a premium style install). I am available to meet with you this coming Saturday 2nd Nov in person. Sorry, I live out of town and can't meet on other days.
