A bathroom in need of help!

I have a full size bathroom and a seperate toilet that I would like to cost up getting remodelled.

The full bathroom has a toilet, vanity, bath and seperate shower. While I don't think the layout can be altered I would like to update the current look!

the bathroom has some problems for me - a too shallow and long bath, a tiny vanity that has been incorrectly installed, and a shower that's walls are slowly turning to mush.

Seperate toilet and sink are upstairs - would just like to see what can be done there! The space is pretty tight.
