Bathroom Renovation - Hataitai Flat

Bathroom is about 8 square metres. Refer to PHOTOS for exiting layout. Work required: 1) Removal of bath and over-bath shower head/mixer. Replace vertical window sash where shower head is. 2) Installation of new shower box (900 x 900) - either custom-made with 3 glass sides OR corner style attached to new shower-high wall/partition - away from window, under extractor fan 3) Installation of new hand basin and mirror - preferably to location of existing bath 4) Replacement of laundry tub / keep taps on wall 5) New lining on wall from window to tub. 6) Reconfiguration of plumbing to accommodate changes. Seeking obligation free price based on site visit - Hataitai, Wellington. Shower box, basin, mirror and tub to be sourced by me but would consider options. Looking to proceed as soon as possible provided price is agreeable. Possibility of further work in the future.
