Lyall Bay bathroom mini-reno

Bathroom reno - small bathroom - approx 5-6 m2. Looking to replace bath with proper shower/bath combo and liner - and install new vanity and cabinet above vanity, plus shower screen, as well as potentially a mirror. Have access to an electrician who is doing some other work as well. Flooring is being done after the work. Will require plaster/paintwork as well. Have all the items in mind (can provide what I'm looking at if that helps). My budget below is excluding the cost of the bath etc, and excluding any electrical costs. The bathroom has recently been renod (estimate 6 years ago) so the majority of the gib will (should) be fine, excluding the stuff that will be ripped apart when the liner comes off. The main issue is that the current bath is not designed to have showers in, so is narrow and dangerous, and want to swap to a vanity with drawers. Also looking to remove the laundry sink and replace with an aquatica/robin hood unit or similar. Also need to build a platform for a <50kg condenser dryer (they don't stack...) and potentially shelves depending on budget. Again flooring is organised, and electrician in place. Will be open to ideas on how to stack the appliances. (The waste goes through a concrete base so don't want to move that)
