Kitchen, Bathroom and Plasterboard work

We are looking to remove a wall between our current kitchen and lounge to combine into one room (it's not load bearing) as well as combining what is currently a seperate toilet/bathroom. Aside from removing the wall, the kitchen work will involve removing the existing kitchen and installing a new one - flooring, benchtop, oven, hob and range hood etc. This will also involve moving plumbing to fit the design of the new kitchen. Electrical work is needed too (upgrading and moving electrical board). In addition to removing the wall, the bathroom work includes installing a new bathroom suite the design of which includes swapping around where the toilet and bath are currently placed. Finally there is also some work to be done downstairs. This involves removing existing plasterboard and plumbing to allow for Krystol to be applied to fix a leak and then putting back plasterboard and plumbing as required (happy to find others to apply Krystol product if required). Depending on total cost, we may decide to do part or all of the work, based upon discussions/advice we receive. Ideally all work to be completed in July/August.
