General renovations and some fixer upper stuff
Job description
There are several jobs that need doing on our rental property... Job 1: 1 bedroom has damp issues so we were wanting the gib removed and the walls insulated and the 2 x windows potentially replaced with double glazed windows - or if you have a better plan we're open to ideas. Job 2: The bathroom needs some renovations - open to suggestions but it needs a good tidy up, new flooring, and probably a new vanity unit. Job 3: there is some skirting board that needs fixing after an insect infestation which has been treated by a pest control person. Job 4: the wooden exterior window sills need fixing - they have a bit of rot we think. There is a tenant in the property and we have a property manager so we'd need to arrange access. Tenant very open to work being done.

Daniel did this work awhile ago but I forgot to review. It was a big job and Daniel did amazing work, sending us photos along the way as we don't live in the area of before, during and after. Workmanship was excellent and I'd highly recommend him.
