Extending kitchen/building a deck/replacing several weatherboards

We wish to extend our kitchen which involves removing an (internal - not structural) wall down and enclosing part of the deck as part of this. Also we wish to have a deck built down one side of our house (house is single level Californian bungalow, 140 sqm). A new deck would not extend right along the side of the house though. Also we have been told that several weatherboards require replacing, above a bedroom window (although not that many - the house has been well maintained) as we appear to have minor leaks coming through the wall when there is driving rain. A small roof above the back decking may need to be made watertight as part of this. The whole roof has just been replaced with colour steel so no issues there.
