Bathroom Renovation at Lake Ohau

we are seeking a quote to tile two fairly small bathrooms (main is 5.6m2 ensuite is 4m2 floor), a laundry floor (3.7m2) and fireplace hearth (1.5m2. Our house is at 110A Ohau Drive at Lake Ohau Village. There will be no bath in the main bathroom - instead this will be a big walk-in shower enclosed by an glass panel in the main bedroom. The ensuite is as per the plans, with the corner shower frame/screen (see photo). Also see pictures showing the tiling in the bathrooms, which hopefully explains the type of layout we are after. Suggestions more than welcome. A simple mix of just two tiles. One is --- charcoal, the other wood look which is approx --- . A few other things: All tiles to be offset, and a mix of vertical and horizontal on the walls (See plan) - please let me know if this does not make sense. Floor to ceiling tiles. Dark coloured grout to blend in with tiles (minimal gaps) - are you able to supply? The charcoal tile will also go in the laundry, laid vertical as you look straight ahead when entering the house. Flat matte chrome metal trim. 1 niche in each shower. If you can install the shower screens that would also be good. The walls are 10mm Gib Aqualine. The floors may need to be replaced to ensure minimal movement (see below quote). Hearth tiles are --- and are also onsite (see attached photo of hearth) Laundry tiles are --- (See photo of laundry) If possible we would be keen to get it done by mid July. We already have a quote for around $9-10k inc GST, so if you can beat that then we would be most interested. This quote included: Laundry · Prepare floor and install fibre cement overlay. Lay charcoal line length ways, door to door in an offset brick pattern, finished up to existing skirting boards. A 3mm joint with an epoxy grout in a darker shade of grey as the tiles. Bathrooms. · Reshape underfloor framing to allow for drainage fall in shower areas. · Replace existing flooring with H3.2 treated construction plywood, install fibre cement overlay. · Prepare wall surfaces, construct niche approx 300x300mm*, add extra screw fixings to gib aqualine wall linings, remove skirting boards. · Apply primer and waterproofing membrane to walls and floor, seal into shower waste. · Lay floor tiles and wall tiles up to ceiling height finishing to existing door and window architraves. · Any exposed tile edges to be finished with flat matte chrome trim. · A 3mm joint with an epoxy grout in a darker shade of grey as the tiles. A flexible control joint to floor and wall junctions and silicone sealer join to tile and wooden trim junctions. Hearth Prepare floor and install fibre cement overlay. Lay tiles an offset brick pattern, finished up to existing skirting boards and within the alcove. Any exposed tile edges to be finished with flat matte chrome trim. Grout dark grey to match tiles. We may also be able to arrange accommodation at Lake Ohau Lodge or within the village to minimise travel time/costs.
