Bathroom overhaul. Currently with separate toilet, would like 1 room.

60s state house. Need basic design work to confirm my plan. Ability to modify 2 existing windows into 1. New shower over bath, toilet, vanity etc. Need direction on flooring options, current wood has seen better days. Looking for highlevel cost estimate, and some direction on any consented works (window and flooring surface chage). Photos show both areas, happy to relocate items to create more usable space than just removing the wall and leaving WC and shower where they are. There will be builders works for gibbing and painting. Additional photos of historic damage where it appears there was a leak from the mixer or bath taps in the wall.
