Need a bit of an upgrade. Currently have a shower over the bath situation. I have noticed seal issues near where the bath connects to the wall. Looking for someone who can do the whole thing including finishing. The Bathtub needs to be replaced with the Shower enclosure with a new shower mixer rail and hose. The vanity needs to be replaced and moved on the left wall opposite where the bath tub is right now (see picture). The toilet is in the adjacent room and needs to be replaced. The bathtub may have flooded in the past and may need to check the floor. The job will require tiling of the bathroom, if needed.

Would prefer to get this done during the first week of Feb 2021.
