I have a 1950s weatherboard /tile roof house. I need a few things done: 1. Replace an old ranch slider with a large window and small section of weatherboard cladding to match the rest of the house. 2. Remove an internal wall to create a larger kitchen/dining living area. It's only about a 2m section of wall but I don't know if will need consent/steel to do that. I also want to remove (or possibly relocate) a Kent fire, and install a skylight/solar tube(s). 3. Rip out the existing kitchen and install a new kitchen. 4. Rip out the old bathroom/laundry and install a new one.
