Garage Conversion into Kitchen and Toilet into Bathroom
Job description
I have an attached garage to convert into a kitchen + living area and a toilet to extend to become a bathroom. I have applied for consent for the job and just got it approved by the council. The job will not require any fireproofing for the second kitchen since the council is considering the house a single household. I have all the approved plans ready for someone to take the job after all the lockdown has been lifted. I have attached the plans approved by the council. So I do not waste anyone's time my budget is around the number indicated and it's tight so I am keen to work with anyone around how to get the project done within this budge.

Logan was great. He communicated very clearly and his professionalism was on point. He found solutions to problems that came up in a breeze and was communicating with us on every small thing that came up. He is easy to talk to and also fun to be around as the renovation was happening while we were living in the house. A couple of the tradies were a bit of a pain but Logan made sure he handled and managed them to make it as smooth as possible. I will definitely recommend Logan.
