Couple of projects - Renovations

Looking to do some general renovations, a couple of projects. Project one - install of small bathroom / ensuite to downstairs room converting this to a studio unit. Project two - renovation of a two bedroom flat bathroom (at the same property) . swapping out the existing fixtures and fittings and modernizing this. Project three - renovation of small kitchen (within a two bedroom flat), keeping the layout but installing ideally a kit set kitchen pack (to be sourced) and connecting up etc. Patch / Paint throughout these areas.
