Bathroom + Toilet + Laundry Renovation

Hi there, Work as outlined below: Toilet: Replacing the current toilet with a new toilet Waterproofing and tiling the floor (Will not be tiling the walls) To note, part of the current floorboard has been warped due to water damage from the laundry coming towards the toilet, therefore, some form of compound needs to be applied to the floor to make sure it’s level before the tiling can commence. I do not want to replace the current floorboard. Also would want a small shelve to be placed on the side of the toilet so that we can hang plants. Bathroom (Working with the existing design and layout): Replacing the vanity with a new hanging vanity Replacing the mirror with a new mirror/ possibly mirror cabinet (to be confirmed) Replacing the current bath/ shower with a new bath/ shower Removing all of the existing tiling and replacing it with new tiling - We want floor to ceiling tiling (all sides). Replacing the tower heater with a new one Replacing all of the taps with new taps. Within the shower, if possible would like to create a recessed tile shelf. Laundry: Replacing the existing laundry tub with a new tub (includes taps) Tiling the floor and also the back of the wall (Waterproofing the floor) Installing new storage cabinets on the wall too Other: We are happy to source all of the tiles, cabinets, vanities etc (But if you have discounts at certain places that would be great i.e. trade discounts).
