Bathroom renovation

We would like to re-do our existing bathroom and change the layout. We want to put a new bath under the window, move the toilet to where the head of the bath currently is and we want to put a shower where the toilet currently is. See layout diagram attached. We will need new light fittings, an extractor fan, bath, shower, toilet, vanity, flooring, tiling, ceiling painted.
