Job description
Renovation of an existing bathroom in a 60's weatherboard home with timber subfloor. We are looking for a plumber, sparky and tiller/waterproofer for this job. I have architectural plans for the area to scale to help with takeoffs etc. Plumbing work will consist disconnection, and then reconnection with new back to wall toilet, built in bath with wall mixer and spout, new shower drain and wall hung vanity. All fittings are to be replaced with new fittings in the existing location. Tiling to be --- on floor and in shower bay and --- on wall. Approx. 5.4m2 for floor tiles and 16.2.m2 for wall tiles. Electrical works to consist of disconnect then reconnect with wiring for heated towel rail, new bathroom fan and demister to mirror. If interested in this work, please get in touch. Cheers!
