Builder required- Complete reno of bathroom

We are looking to get our bathroom completely renovated. Originally my dad was going to carry out the building side of the work earlier this year however he is now unable to complete the work. We then booked in my mum's local builder however, due to family reasons he has had to scale back on his workload and no longer can complete the work. As such, we have already purchased most of the items including shower, vanity, toilet, mirror, towel rails, and some building materials including gib. I have attached a BOM (we have everything in storage or sitting at home) and a rough plan drawing of the current bathroom and what we would like the new bathroom to look like. One of my roles at work is as a PM for engineering projects so I am happy to do any of that work for you if it is easier. For mum's builder, we received a labour-only quote plus an estimate for some ply and framing timber but I am open to what you think is best. I have a local TA electrician (he has some other work to complete in the house too) and a skip bin lined up. I am working to get a plumber and plasterer's details however if you have a good relationship with either or please let me know. Originally, we were looking at a mid-September start however we are ok with anytime this side of Christmas if that suits your current schedule. I work from home 1-2 times per week and am available if you would like to call in to have a look at the work.
