Bathroom - upgrade with new internal wall
Job description
Currently rented, tenants leave 4th March and I am taking 2 months to refurbish. Small Bathroom - remove existing bath/shower/vanity. See plan attached. Remove old gib on wet wall areas. There has been a leak here in the past, may be rotten wood. If so, replace. Build new internal wall to take a --- shower area. Aqua gib walls for bath/shower/vanity. Gib stop as required, ready for walling. (Flooring/walling to be installed, floorer engaged for this). Install new bath/shower/vanity. I have a plumber engaged ready to help. Ensure all wet areas sealed with silicon. Please tell me if you think I have missed anything out !

Excellent job, Shane was very meticulous and careful within a very small space. He worked miracles getting the Aquagib very quickly. Thank goodness his measurements were spot on ! It has all come out exactly the way I hoped. I love the new internal wall creating a separate space for bath and shower. Thankyou Shane !
