Plumbing to convert walk in wardrobe into en suite

Walk in wardrobe and new en suite walls are yet to be put up (I'll be doing that in the coming weeks). House is empty and stripped out, so now seems a perfect time to plan out plumbing for the en suite and hopefully get the job booked. We need plumbing run for new shower, vanity and toilet. Currently there's no existing plumbing in that area, though main bathroom and toilet are across the hall. We'll be getting consent with Waipa district council, so need consultation on how plumbing will be done to even get started. House is on septic and is very easy to work on - mostly walking space under the house to get to all services, chip board floors. Has underfloor poly insulation, but also plastic damp sheeting on the ground. House is located in Ohaupo village. Proposed floor plan attached.
