Mother-in-law moving in need a wall closed up.

I need somebody to close up a gap in an internal wall ( 2.4 x 2.5 mtr) and put in a small walk through into another wall in the same room. It will not be until the end of August. Also on a later date I would like to take a Bidet out and move the Toilet in its place, close it up where the Toilet was and take the Bath out and replace with a shower. The Bathroom is upstairs.
