Bath/Shower refurbishment in 50's bungalow.

I have discovered fairly major water damage to the timber around my bath/shower. Job required is to remove the bath, correct all rotted framing and timber uncovered, replace bath in same location and box in flush and clean with the floor boards. Wall at the tap end of the bath is an external house wall so will require bats and building paper to code. Plumber to carry out pipework required for new shower and tapware - then re-line bath area with white Hardieglaze, Laminex or similar wet wall liner. Plumber to then fix shower, tap and spout fittings. At a later date relining the rest of the bathoom with matching hardieglaze etc. will be required. Bath is approximately 1.85m long and from bath top to ceiling it is 2.1m and I have removed most of the old lining. Keen to get the job done as the family is restricted to baths currently.
