I am wanting to get my bathroom renovated, no plumbing needs moving, just a new shower, bath and vanity (with mixer tap). replacing of lino floors in bathroom and in toilet room so they match. Would like an extractor fan added for shower. We are planning on selling the house in a couple of years, so are not wanting to make it too fancy, the bathroom is just run down and will drag the house value down.
Would be interested in replacing hot water cylinder at same time to get mains pressure, currently it is a low pressure Cylinder. If you could include a price to that as well it would be good.
