General works.

Hi. I have work for approx. 1-2 days work available for a jack of all trades on a vacant rental property. Jobs that need doing: 1. Dumping of rubbish/soil. 2. Replace old kitchen tap with new one (like for like swap). Have new tap onsite. 3. Install bathroom door. This will need to be purchased and fitted. 4. Mowing of lawns. 5. Tidy up outside. 6. Clean oven, sinks and general clean inside. Please send me through your hourly rate.
