Project 1 : Studio

Roof is ok, cladding will need a couple of new boards.
Need new gutter on one side.
New joinery/window on most, single glazed.
We will keep the same layout.
New insulation, gib, kitchenette and bathroom.
Plumbing already in place.
Will need sparky too.

Project 2: Bathroom
Shower only, no bath, wall to separate toilet with new door.
New vanity by toilet and in bathroom.

Project 3: re gib hallway where new toilet door will go.
