Renovating oven nook & replacing oven

Our oven nook has been leaking in heavy rain as it is under a chimney and we need to get this fixed up, we would also like to replace the oven at the same time and look into getting a gas oven installed. we would like to get rid of the plaster board and take it back to brick, and install a 90cm freestanding oven in the space. There is mains gas available in the street. The chimney will need a cap made to seal it properly, and we need the guttering replaced above the chimney
