Renovate 2x bathrooms

Master Bathroom - Remove existing shower, vanity, toilet, mirror, towel rail and replace with new items (in the same place). Remove floor tiles and replace with vinyl flooring. Guest bathroom - Remove shower, vanity, bath, towel rail ,mirror and tiling on walls over bath. Replace with new items in same place. Flooring has recently been redone so would like to save it if possible otherwise replace. Guest toilet - Remove toilet and tiles on wall behind toilet. Replace toilet. Flooring is near new so keen to save it if possible. Keen for work to be completed as soon as possible but within the next 3 months.
