Have just purchased a 1950s house with an old, leaky bathroom that needs a complete renovation. Initial inspection found water has been leaking for some time. There is water damage in the flooring, base plates, and walls. It appears there is black mould growing in the voids, there are rotted floorboards, and some damage to structural joists underneath the house. Works required: - remedy the damage listed above - remove seratone - remove and replace all gib - install wall insulation - remove and replace linoleum with tiles (possibly some tiling on the walls) - remove and replace tub shower with freestanding bath - install shower - remove and replace sink/vanity - remove and replace toilet - remove wall between toilet and bath - remove one doorway and cover with gib - remove and replace ceiling fan/light - add lighting over vanity - add electrical outlet
