Borer repair

We are in the process of buying a 1920s villa at Te Kauwhata and the builders;' report has found borer in timber under the house and in a smaller part of the ceiling. because the sale has not yet been completed, we need to proceed from a quote and would look to do the work in the New Year. The quote needs to allow for contingencies such as finding MORE borer, plus there are piling and insulation issues to deal with.
