Looking for some assistance, please! Easy access to underfloor, so NO working in cramp spaces. Separate toilet and bathroom needs to be renovated. We have limited DIY skills so can do some of the work, eg. breaking existing down for example. * Separate toilet ( 1.0m x 1.70m space) - toilet needs to be replaced - currently has wooden floor which needs to updated * Separate bathroom (1.8m x 1.7m) - Water leak damage to be assessed and rectified as currently leaks when taking a bath - Water proofing required with 1/2 wall tiling - Shower over bath replacement & fixtures - Plumbing for shower & bath to be discussed for options on increasing pressure - Pluming for vanity needs to be moved with a new new vanity installed - New bathroom fan and light to be replaced - Power to be installed for heated towel rail & power access - Flooring to be re-done The house is well elevated, so there is easy access to under floor,.
