Renovate old bathroom!

We are in need of a tradie who can help renovate our old bathroom. Below I have listed what we believe needs to be done. We will have all of the new fixtures ready onsite. We will do the floor and any painting ourselves. - Remove the shower and install a new shower. - Remove the toilet and install the new toilet. - Remove the vanity and sink and install the new sink and vanity. - Any waterproofing. - Replacing bathroom walls with the new bathroom wall material (Will need your advice). - Install a new ventilation fan.
