Replace flat roof with pitched roof, new trusses, ceiling, lighting, gutters and water tanks. Removal of concrete block walls and fire relocation. Re-clad front 1/3 of house, new doors in three rooms, entrance, toilet/bathroom separation, new windows in three rooms. Stage One of three stages.
