Cottage conversion

We are converting a 70sqm prefab classroom into a two-bedroom cottage. The classroom is consented in it's present form. The attached floor plan is indicative of what we are proposing. We need a pre-design inspection by a builder as soon as possible to assess the roof structure prior to submitting plans for a Building Consent. I have an architectural draftsman who will do the plans and Building Consent. Once granted we need the builder to complete the renovation. Ideally suit one person or one + apprentice. I will do initial removal of wall linings and ceiling and will do daily site clean-up. I will also do painting and decorating. I will coordinate with electrician, drainlayer, plumber etc, and run errands as required. There is lock-up storage on-site and access to power etc. The date for completion is Easter 2017. So while it is not urgent, I need an immediate inspection so the draftsman can get the plans done.
