Accommodation (we can negotiate the rates for accommodation when quote is approved. 3. Delivery of material to site Bathroom Remove all existing fixtures -shower -shower base -toilet -all plumbing fixtures Remove partition wall between toilet and shower Remove all gib wall Remove all flooring covering lino and cork tiles on concrete(make new for new flooring) Remove bathroom light and fan Supply and install -new aqualine gib -new shower tray -new 900x900mm shower glass with door -new shower liner -new 600mm vanity (floor standing) -new mirror -new toilet -new door (hung) -new mouldings and architraves -2 new down lights and 1 extractor fan Plaster and paint (all paint to be resene) Level 4 plastering 1 coat undercoat 2x bathroom paint coat Refresh ceiling Flooring -supply and install -waterproof/SPC laminate flooring Laundry adjacent within the same area as shower and toilet. Remove laundry tub Remove all flooring (cork tiles) Repair water damage behind laundry tub Supply and install New laundry tub New SPC waterproof flooring Refresh the room with new paint Dispose of all construction debri Please advise the time frame required to do this work and approx start / finish dates if you were successful.
