Stairs and bedroom

Doings some work to prepare for baby arriving. Installing stairs built offsite Weather tighting two windows including secondary glazing. Adjusting stairwell. Building inbuilt wardrobe and desk. Re gib of one room and prepare two rooms for carpet. Moving bathroom door and installing smaller door. Remediating bathroom (fix up gap in linoleum etc). Plus, a seconded job if consent comes through befor baby, we will also be extending the house and full build of new bathroom. (Not included in this job, just mentioning it in case). Work to be done on a small 1990 built two story cottage with fibre weather board and relatively simple finishing quality.
