safely remove moldy ceiling in bathroom (including taking down a heatlamp/light unit, and putting it back up with new plasterboard)- also water proofing/painting it. Bathroom space is small, 2.5x1.5m, however is around 3-3.5m tall. There is also a shower at one end, toilet in middle, and hand basin at other end- going to be tricky for ladder/scaffolding to get in there.
