bathroom to wetroom huffey st

want a project manager to remove our bath and shower, and vanity and create a wet room with a new wall separating the wet area from the rest as per drawings. need advice on shower linings, flooring etc. Also might require building consent? new skirting & cornices probably required. plumbing: vanity is moving 90degrees, so a little plumbing required here. imagine new wetroom drain will be similar position to current bath. underfloor access is quite good anyway. moving current bath water tap up to rain shower, and existing shower mixer & outlet along the wall a metre or so. electrical: need to move the extractor/light unit from bathroom centre to above new wetroom, and put new lighting (downlights and mirror lighting). new heated towel rail required too
