Master bath - Totally gutted. New ceiling, walls and flooring. Remove bath replace with a shower. Replace toilet. Replace vanity with longer wall hung unit. Family bathroom Remove wall and steal space from adjoining room to create space for a bath. Gut the room. Replace ceiling, wall linings and floor. New bath built in probably because stand alone bath very expensive. New vanity wall mounted. Replace toilet and replace shower if necessary. Budget sensitive so not using top of the line products.
