Renovations to 1940s brick and tile 2 bed occupied property

Remove existing door to deck and window with new doors or sliding door. Remove wall between deck exit way to open up lounge area. Remove internal fireplace surround and hearth and replace with gib. Make do/finish walls and floors as required to a paintable/livable standard where applicable and agreed. Work must be completed once started as soon as poss. Ie not drag on for weeks/months as property is occupied. See photos for what's involved
