Kitchen wall removal

Looking for someone to determine wether or not a wall I want to remove is load bearing or structural or neither. Would also like to discuss options/plans for removal or re design of the wall depending on the type of wall it is. I have included some photos of the existing wall and original drawings. I have also included a kitchen design to show what we would like to remove and fill in. The crawl space in the roof is fairly tight but I have managed to get to above the wall but could not really tell what I was looking at.
