Bathroom Reno and creation laundry cupboard

This job requires full bathroom renovation including some change of configuration as per attached diagram. There will also need to be creation of adjacent laundry cupboards. The job includes the following: Bathroom - move bathroom door to the left of current position - Replace bath with shower unit - replace vanity/basin with smaller unit nearer window - replace vinyl flooring in bathroom/back door area/new laundry cupboard /kitchen (quote can be sourced by owner) - line concrete wall adjacent to new shower - insert recessed cupboard/mirror into wall above vanity - insert extraction system - insert heated towel rail adjacent to shower behind door - paint finish walls, ceiling and window sill Laundry - create laundry from part of bathroom and adjacent hallway cupboard finishing with new bi-fold doors - insert plumbing for washing machine - insert extraction option for wall hung drier above washing machine - insert new laundry tub unit - insert shelves above tub Other work - remove current laundry tub in back door recess and replace with cupboard utilising existing shelves and door from current hallway cupboard - move current manhole (in hallway cupboard) to open hallway ceiling area Owner can source vanity basin unit and taps, mirror door in wall cupboard, laundry tub , shower unit, and heated towel rail .
