Bathroom and laundry rennovation

Laundry: Remove laundry tub Install new laundry tub inset into a1800mm long timber bench top. A front loader washing machine and the clothes dryer will also be under the bench top. The electrical point will need to be moved Shower: The shower in in the laundry room. Remove shower and two of the surrounding walls Install new cubicle shower so that it faces the other way and opens into the bathroom. Replace ceiling panel above shower. Toilet: The toilet is between the laundry and the bathroom and can be accessed from both sides. Remove entrance from bathroom so the toilet can only be accessed from the Laundry. Put a lock on the toilet door Optional, depending on cost Bathroom: Remove bath Install new large vanity with two sinks in place of the bath Install new electrical outlet, a mirror and lighting above the new vanity. Remove existing vanity Install a second toilet.
