Bathroom Renovation

Open to ideas/suggestions to modernise bathroom. Currently in 3 rooms- Bath/Vanity then toilet then shower. Thought is to swap shower and toilet over, so that toilet is in a separate room, and combine the other two small rooms into a larger space for bath/vanity/shower. Replace toilet, vanity, install new shower(larger size). Regib all walls and ceiling. Replace vinyl. Paint walls and ceiling. Add extractor fan over shower. New lighting (LED) Add wall cabinet/ mirror, new towel rail. Maybe tiling around bath etc?
