Bathroom DevRd

Open to ideas/suggestions to modernise bathroom, which is currently in 3 small rooms. (Bath/vanity in one room, then separate toilet then separate shower room.). Current thought is to swap shower and toilet over, so that toilet remains in separate room. Remove wall between existing bathroom and existing toilet, creating one larger space. Replace toilet, vanity, install new shower(larger size). Regib all walls and ceiling. Add wall cupboard/mirror. Replace vinyl flooring. Paint walls and ceiling. Add fan over shower.
