Boomerang Reno..

I have a reno of a 1970's home in Maungatapu. The plans call for two walls to be removed, one is structural. The bathroom and toilet will merge and become one, (third wall removal). The two small entry ways will bump out to increase the interior space slightly and allow for internal access to the laundry. I need a conscientious, licensed building team who can undertake the structural work, help with a referral to a reliable plumber, sparky and plaster and work within my budget. I intend to do all the painting and provision of fittings and cabinets. Budget permitting windows and doors will need replacing also. I am happy to supply the plans for consideration and quote.

MLT Builders were great to deal with. There were a few unexpected things that arose but this was down to the fact that it was a renovation and the house threw up a few surprises. I would highly recommend this building firm. Mark was always efficient, fair and explained process and progress throughout the build. His staff were equally hardworking and there is a great work ethic across the team. Thanks.
